Installation at the Gladstone began Sunday night! The team is in their final phase of installation, which includes calibration of the video projection and set up of the of the real time video installation.

We are looking forward to the opening and seeing you there!

The installation consists of 25 CNC-milled 2’ x 4’ panels.

Profile: Lily Nourmansouri

Lily is currently in her final year at the University of Waterloo. She has completed internships at Studio Fuksas (Rome), OFF Architecture (Paris), Leeser (New York), Core Architects (Toronto) and HLW International (New York). She also participated in Philip Beesley’s workshop, Sargasso Field, held in Copenhagen for the COP15 conference, which involved the design and fabrication of a large scale responsive installation activated by user participation.

Profile: Daniela Leon

born 1989, Regina, Saskatchewan

Daniela is in her fourth year of architecture at the University of Waterloo and has worked in Regina, Calgary, New York and most recently in Toronto at regionalArchitects. In 2010, Daniela was an invited guest critic at the Pratt Institute of Design and in 2009 was involved in prototyping the soffit of Team North’s entry for the 2009 Solar Decathlon.
