Brian is in the final year of undergraduate architecture at the University of Waterloo. Brian has worked for Bjarke Ingles Group (Copenhagen), Kohn Pedersen Fox (New York), Cannon Design Inc (Vancouver) and William Dewson Architect (Toronto). In 2009 Brian’s design Sit|Share|Relax was featured in the CUTMR chair design exhibition, and in the same year Twofold, an installation by GaltStudio (which Brian is a member of) won the People’s Choice Award in the Scotiabank Nuit Banche festival.

Maria is studying at the Universiy of Waterloo School of Architecture and is currently in the last year of the undergraduate program. She has participated in the fabrication and installation of Chora ‘Flight’ (2008), a student theatre production at the University of Waterloo, as well as NuitBlanche ‘Twofold’ (2009), an immersive installation at the heart of Liberty Village. Maria has worked in Toronto, Vancouver and Copenhagen.

At present, Sayjel is a student at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture. In 2009, Sayjel launched `Grasshopper for Humanity` with friend Adam Schwartzentruber. Sayjel`s past work experience includes internships at Coop Himmelb(l)au (Vienna), Kohn Pedersen Fox (New York), Gensler (Los Angeles), and Brook McIlroy (Toronto). He also participated in a workshop led by Phillip Beesley in Copenhagen, Denmark, to design and fabricate `Sargasso Field`, an installation that was exhibited at the Cop15 Climate Change Summit in December, 2009.

Daniela is in her fourth year of architecture at the University of Waterloo and has worked in Regina, Calgary, New York and most recently in Toronto at regionalArchitects. In 2010, Daniela was an invited guest critic at the Pratt Institute of Design and in 2009 was involved in prototyping the soffit of Team North’s entry for the 2009 Solar Decathlon.
Lily is currently in her final year at the University of Waterloo. She has completed internships at Studio Fuksas (Rome), OFF Architecture (Paris), Leeser (New York), Core Architects (Toronto) and HLW International (New York). She also participated in Philip Beesley’s workshop, Sargasso Field, held in Copenhagen for the COP15 conference, which involved the design and fabrication of a large scale responsive installation activated by user participation.
